Pierogies with Lemon & Garlic
1 package Golden brand Pierogies
¼ cup Butter
2 or 3 Cloves of Garlic (minced)
Zest of 1 small lemon
Juice of ½ lemon
Boil pierogies according to the package instructions then drain and coat with the butter. Sauté the minced garlic and the lemon zest in butter. Add the pierogies to the sautéed garlic and lemon zest and add the lemon juice. Fold together all ingredients and garnish with lemon and peppers.
