Pierogies with Salsa & Jalapeno Peppers
1 package Golden brand Pierogies
¼ cup Olive Oil
½ cup Jalapeno Peppers (diced)
½ cup red peppers (sliced)
4 oz. medium Salsa
Boil pierogies according to the package instructions then drain and coat with the olive oil. Combine the Jalapeno peppers, red peppers, and salsa. Fold all ingredients and pierogies together with a wooden spoon. Salt & pepper to taste.
